Dr. Romero is a great doctor and has helped my kidneys. Her staff are slow at sending prescriptions I to the pharmacy. That is the only change that I can find.

Dr. Patel and other staff are super friendly. The doctor explains the technical aspects extremely well, in plain language. And I appreciated the punctuality during each of my two visits…both times I arrive on time, and I was processed thru and leaving the office within 30-45 minutes. Getting in/out of a doctors office in less than one hour is very rare these days! I would highly recommend this practice to my friends and family.

In a world, my world, of a vast number of “specialists “ I feel like I have been pretty privileged to have Dr. Shalin Patel as my renal care provider. Of all my specialists, I have a very satisfying feeling of total confidence that he is extremely knowledgeable in his guidance and oversight of my health. He really searches for the “whole” health of ME. YaY and thank you Dr. Patel.

Visits to this office are always fast, with ample time to have any desired discussions with the doctor. Dr's. presentation on lab results, etc., are thorough and presented with clarity.

My experience with Dr. Patel as a new patient was very welcoming and professional, took he's time speaking and explaining my medical situation to me, never felt rushed at all, I feel happy and positive I will be taken good care of healthwise within he's office.
