I don’t have words to describe Dr. Shalin Patel and if I did, I would not do justice. He is Absolutely one of THE BEST Dr’s I’ve ever come across in Houston and believe me I’ve unfortunately dealt with a lot.
He is caring, passionate and very patient in explaining everything you need to know. If anyone out there is looking for a Nephrologist please do yourself and your family a favor try him out.

Dr. Patel was very thorough and very nice. He explained things that I didn’t understand. I will definitely be going back to him and I will refer him to others who need a doctor for kidneys.

The total time of my visit was 1 hour & 50 minutes with less than 15 minutes spent with Dr. I waited 30 min before being called back (pretty normal). Dr arrived soon after & spent 10-15 minutes reviewing latest labs & saying continue what I was doing. I spent the rest of the time waiting for my “visit summary” to be printed & “checking out”. In addition I receive far too many reminders of my “upcoming” appt. At least 3-4 by text & same by email PLUS phone call reminder. I like to receive a reminder but 1 maybe 2 at most would be be sufficient.

Is the best! She is very thorough and truly cares about the patients. She listens and is up to date on caring for and treating her patients. I feel so much better and I would highly recommend her and the staff that she works with.

I have been visiting Dr. Sinha for many years, and he addresses any concerns I may have about my health. He is very professional and knowledgeable. The office is professional and friendly. However, sometimes it is different getting things expediated thru the staff without a follow-up call. Other than that, no other issues.

Dr. Patel is the best. He is very patient and thorough. He went over all of my bloodwork and how things had changes since my last visit. He adjusted my meds and discussed follow up visits. The office in Katy is convienent for me, because we now live in Brenham. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Patel for kidney issues.
