I arrived on time; no one else was waiting, ski I was seen promptly. Annabelle (PA?) took my history and discussed my lab results. Dr Prakash arrived and completed the discussion. I was content with the meeting.

Excellent visit! Doctor Patel was prompt, friendly and courteous with the ability to explain technical medical concepts to a lay person. This is my second appointment with Doctor Patel and I am very pleased and impressed. In addition his office staff was supportive and friendly as well.

Excellent customer service, Dr. very clear in his approach and delivery of information to the patient.
Quick submittal of prescriptions to pharmacy. The staff is courteous and helpful. Clean office, bathrooms, and patient rooms, and cold AC are a plus. Overall an inviting and professional experience.

My experience was always informative. I have several doctors, and I can say that Dr. Patel is one of the best. I always leave hopeful and understanding how to keep doing well. The doctor appeared pleased with my lab results as he explained what each meant .I couldn't be happier with the doctor and his team. Wonderful staff!

The Doctor and Staff are very friendly and professional. Dr. Lai is so pleasant to talk too in regards to my health problem. His concern and our discussion relax me after I leave the office. Very good Doctor.
