Due to the pandemic, I perfer to have my visits by phone. I am happy with this, I live a distance away and this is easier for me. Therefore my experience has been great.

great doctor-but I miss the visual connection. Wish the practice still used a visual format instead of the telephone. However, Dr. Prakash is the best.
